Empowering Potentials
A new brand identity for LCA, established to empower individuals in discovering their unique capabilities and equip them with the knowledge and resources required to flourish in their careers.

Before commencing this project, the management of LCA had concluded that the brand's identity no longer adequately matched the scope, impact and ambition of the organization.

And so, the goal was to reflect this success, impact and scale in ambition. The decision to go BIG in it's efforts at mission fulfilment.



The leadership clearly expressed preference for a more dynamic, strong, contemporary and refreshing look that gave a better idea of the work that they do with African youths, while also aligning with their values.


In order to provide some continuity with the brand and to provide an instant explanation of the NGO's main mission the tagline ‘Empowering Potentials’ was chosen. To further extend this the messaging "Discover, Engage, Evolve" was added.
